1.    Completing this form is not the official registration for the golf getaway.  The official registration will be posted on the Classy Niners website in 2025.  You will need to register when that becomes available.
2.    If you request a hotel room for the evening of Monday, March 31, 2025 (4:00 pm check-in), you need to know your roommate situation (or if you wish to reserve a single room) and include this information on the form.
3.    Completing this form ONLY GUARANTEES you a rate at the NEGOTIATED CONTRACT PRICE.  Booking a room for Monday, March 31, 2025 at any point in the future is an option, however it will be at the market rate as of the day that you book the room.  
4.    This room reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.
5.    This offer expires December 17, 2024.
